How long does shipping take?
Every piece is packed folded by hand and shipped tracked from South Africa within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive in 5–7 business days, and your tracking link is emailed as soon as it leaves us.
How long is the return period?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Pieces must come back unworn and in the condition they were sent, and the refund goes back to your original payment method once we've checked it.
How do sizing and condition work?
Each listing shows the size on the tag, real measurements and an honest condition note, photographed exactly as the piece is.
